QS-500 Series Tubestand

Quantum's QS-500 Series Tubestand is ideal for all chiropractic environments. Responsive and smooth, the tube stand is easily positioned using the stylish operator handgrip, with dual soft-grip handles.

Chiro-X Vertical Wall Frame (above)

The Chiro-X Vertical Wall Frame is custom designed for the chiropractic profession. This full length frame allows for complete spinal imaging without the need for patient re-positioning, as the image receptor is easily re-positioned behind the patient, using Quantum's exclusive EZ-Glide hand control.

The low-absorption front cover also includes a patient centering line and cassette indicators for easy and quick alignment by the operator.

Quantum Chiro-X Systems

The Quantum Chiro-X line of high frequency radiographic imaging systems offers great flexibility and provides exceptional imaging capability at cost-effective pricing.

Quantum's state-of-the-art line of ultra high frequency generators deliver near constant potential power for optimal imaging. Utilizing the most advanced electronic and software technologies, these x-ray generators provide significant advantages:

bulletReduced patient dose
bulletshorter exposure times
bulletexceptional image quality
bulletgreater efficiency and extended tube life

EZ-Glide Hand Control

Quantum's exclusive EZ-Glide hand control, which is a standard feature on the Chiro-X and Verti-Q, is ergonomically designed to allow operator adjustment from a comfortable standing position with minimal effort. By actually pivoting on its axis during image receptor movements, the EZ-Glide hand control limits the receptive motion required for continuous receptor adjustment by the operator.

Verti-Q Wall Stand

The Quantum Verti-Q Vertical Wall Stand is a versatile counterbalanced structure that allows repositioning of the entire image receptor by the operator. Durable and precise, the Verti-Q provides extensive vertical travel and also features the exclusive EZ-Glide hand control for easy adjustment.

Quantum Odyssey HF Series™

Ultra High Frequency X-Ray Technology

The Odyssey HF Series™ integrates revolutionary design with superb functionality, resulting in the most advanced radiographic generator ever developed.

Designed for both digital and conventional imaging, and operating at a near constant potential of up to 120kHz, the Oddyssey HF provides ultra high frequency imaging for highly efficient x-ray production. Radiographic imaging is optimized through the Oddyssey HF's simple programmability, which permits a wide variety of routine, specialized and custom procedures.

Technologically Superior by Design

The Oddyssey HF series of generators incorporate the latest in advanced electronic design and software archetecture, including:

bulletSelf-testing/self-diagnostic
bulletX-ray tube protection circuit
bulletExposure counter/x-ray tube counter
bulletAnode heat unit calculator/monitor
bulletError messaging
bulletMultiple security code feature
bulletAutomatic line voltage compensation

bulletAPR Technique and text editing
bulletInternational language ability
bulletAuto calibrate function
bulletExtensive memory for history details
bulletRS-232 connection port
bulletAutomatic shut-off timer (variable time settings

Self Diagnostics

The Oddyssey HF's integrated self-diagnostics and calibration program surveys the system performance at the rate of 500 times per second. This specialized quality control program is designed to detect operator and system errors for enhanced operation.

HCMI, Inc. X-Ray

100 kHz High Frequency Chiropractic Systems

Addressing the most critical aspects of upright skeletal radiography, the HCMI 100 kHz technology far exceeds the competition. Producing more radiation in less time allows for shorter exposure times, greatly reducing the risk of patient motion. 100kHz offers increased penetration power at lower kV techniques, resulting in optimum radiographic film density with superior bone and soft tissue contrast.

The HCMI 100 kHz generator includes anatomical programming, allowing for an easy three step x-ray exposure set-up:

Step One: Select the anatomical region

Step Two: Select the radiographic view

Step Three: Enter the patient's measurement

The HCMI control panel's digital display now indicates the optimum mA, kVp and mAs for this patient and view.
